Andrew David Carr is a composer in Toronto ON, who has worked on award winning films such as THE BLUE LADY and IN THE ECHO OF EVIL. Other credits include films SISTERHOOD and POISONED ART along with music for internationally featured amusement attraction FROSTBITE.

 

Andrew’s music production skills have been featured on albums by indie darlings THE RUSSIAN FUTURISTS and CATQ both of which have received critical acclaim across many music publications. Andrew continues to work with multiple artists across a multitude of genres from synthwave to string quartets, and from doo-wop to disco. 

 

Trained in both analog and digital production methods, Andrew has over 20 years of experience, starting out as a tape operator and working his way up to working on award winning media as the head of Radio Logic Records. Working with a full quiver of tools and techniques, Andrew has been creating a diversified range of sounds for content creators both big and small. 

 

When not in his own studio, Andrew works to break down barriers in music making by mentoring young musicians and has created music production programs for disenfranchised youth as well as  one-on-one programs for creators of all ages.
